I was Born in 24th May 1983 at Pyin Oo Lwin(MAY MYOE) Myanmar (Burma). Youngest son of Mr.Win Htut Kyaw (Lecturer - Myanmar Studies, International School, Yangon.) and Ms. Khin Swe Mar (Ex .Lecturer- Russian Department, University Of Foreign Languages, Yangon.) seventh grandson of Professor Dr.Hla Kyaw (Founder & Researcher- Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences Yangon and Myanmar Dairy Products Produce Trading) and Daw Yi Kyain (Writer-/ Ex.MD- Department of Women Affairs, Myanmar Radio & Television.)

Before I was born, my father was transferred to Defense Services Academy, Pyin Oo Lwin as English Language Lecturer. I attended Pre-K & KG schools at BEPS-3 (BAHAN). Then attached to BEHS-2 (Bahan) for my secondary & high school student's life. Then I passed 10th standard in BEHS-9 (MAWLAMYINE). I have two brothers, one elder brother(Media House manager of Info Rhythm Maze Company Limited Myanmar) and one younger brother.

1999 to 2000, I was joined as a internship technician in IT department of Forever Group Company Limited.

After that, I joined University Of MAWLAMYINE in 2001-2004 with specialization of Physics Electronics science.I also served as a secretary of physics department Mawlamyine university for current years.I support sport events, school events, Major Farewells, Singing contests, Traditional events and others relative duties. I participate in the sport such as Table tennis.Represent the second player of Physic Department.At the same time, I opened my own workshop that can repair Electrical Devices and Electronic Devices.Also I support internal home electric communications and resolve the Electrical problems under license of Ministry of Industrial(2) Yangon.

2004, I joined with Hepta Digital Art as a Assistant IT Administrator,2005 joined with Lucky Bird Company Limited as Service Team Manager, Provided complete IT support for listed Myanmar’s largest computer hardware mart & customer relations.

2006 Provided complete setup for establish Public Access Center to manage ISA internet proxy server, cyber management software, network design for two Internet Centers( B-internet center , ROHS Internet Center ).

2007 I served as a Business Development Officer in Myanmar Agri-Tech Carbon Capital Group of SPA/FMI. FMI - First Myanmar Investment Public Company is the biggest and one of the public company in Myanmar. I provided complete IT support for Clean Developing Mechanism (CDM Project) approach to waste disposal & methane recovery on waste sites around Yangon, Myanmar.

2008-2009 June,I join to ATT SYSTEMS S'PORE PTE.LTD served as Airport Maintenances Assistant Engineer under contract of (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore-CHANGI Airport).I am giving technical support to FIDS - Flight Information Display Systems in Terminal-3 and Budget Terminal.

2009 to present, I have assigned to another project for Land Transport Authority, KALLANG-PAYA LEBAR Tunnel express way maintenances as a Senior Technical Officer.I provide technical still for Automatic Incident Detection Systems, Traffic Control Signages, Air Monitoring Systems, CCTV cameras and Accident detection Cameras and Programming Logic Control for tunnel control systems as well as Integrated Traffic Plant Management Systems.

My other hobbies are, Singing, Playing Guitar and Sound designing.Until now I have not done to learn about human society and there is no end to study about Information technologies.
